In this list Net Carbs are based on a serving size of 1/4 pound (113 grams) and/or 4 oz (113 grams) of the raw vegetable.

This low carb vegetables list is great for printing out and hanging on you fridge so you can glance at it quickly while preparing food or making a grocery list!

Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals. When you’re starting out on keto, perhaps suffering from the evil keto flu, you want to make sure you eat enough of them without going over your daily carb limit. It´ll ease your flu-symptoms and the fiber will make the transition easier on your digestive system.
