  1. Hard boil the eggs. I like to boil them for a minute and then turn off the heat (keep a lid on) and let them sit on the stove for 12-14 minutes. Put them under cool running water for a couple of minutes and then peel carefully.
  2. Dry the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Arrange the whites on a nice dish or a platter for serving. Using a fork, mash the yolks and mix with all the ingredients except the paprika and garnish.
  3. Blend everything well together and then put a heaping teaspoon of the mixture into the whites (or use a piping bag). Try to put an equal amount into each one.
  4. Carefully sprinkle the smoked paprika on the deviled eggs, add garnish if you like. Serve and eat!
